  1. Double downward punch
  2. Double back knuckle
  3. Left hand palm block
  4. Left leg slides up to right, then turn to left side and have the left leg slide into a horse’s stance. Your left hand will do a knife hand check and the right hand will punch towards the ground.
  5. Side to side on the left side
  6. Right leg slides up to left and steps back so you do a 180 degree turn into a horse’s stance with a right hand chop to the neck.
