- Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand outward block
- Step back with right leg into forward stance, left hand upward block
- Step back with left leg into forward stance, right hand inward block
- Slide the left leg up to right, turn body to the right side, step back into forward stance with the left leg, downward cross block closed hand
- Slide right leg up to left and turn body 180 degrees to the left and slide into a horse’s stance with the right leg, then do an open hand upward cross block
